Skip Williams began his photographic career as a studio photographer in San Francisco in the early eighties. He decided early on to devote his  time to taking pictures of women; specifically women in the performing arts and women on the fringe. To him, they were all visionaries; brave, brilliant and beautiful. After becoming too blind to continue, he moved to Mexico where he still dabbles in photographic projects.
